The list showing those individual athlete entries (from athletes who are not with SY athletics clubs) which have been accepted as at the 20th November, can be viewed on the pdf document below. All athletes who are aged 11 or above should be registered. The urn numbers shown on the list highlighted in green have been checked and are registered We require numbers for any highlighted in yellow. Any highllighted in Orange have been checked and are not showing as registered.
Please advise if there are any spelling mistakes on names, age groups or clubs, and the list will be corrected.

The email asking all those who have been accepted for entry (152 to date) and will ask confirmed entrants to reply confirming what 3 events they wish to do at the second fixture, was sent out via a BCC bulk email on the 22nd November. If you have not received that email please check your spam folder Please reply to that email by Monday the 2nd December. Thanks to all those who have replied to the email confirming which events the athlete/s wish to do, there are quite a few who have still to reply. Please be aware that if no event declarations are received before Tuesday, then the athletes will not be able to compete in field events, as we have to print all the field cards, based on replies received.
