SYCAA have arranged for two Officials training courses to be organised and delivered in Sheffield on the 21st January 2024. The courses are hopefully aimed at recruiting and training some new Level 1 Track and Field officials. All who attend the courses – which start at 09:00 on the 21st, will be able to get practical experiences at the SYCAA Indoor Series fixtures on the afternoon of the 21st and on the 17th March. We hope that this appeal for new level 1 officials will enable SYCAA to organise and deliver an outdoor Track & Field League in 2024.
The courses are now advertised on the England Athletics website, so if you are interested please book onto the appropriate course. SYCAA are committing to refund the course costs for those who complete the courses and get licenced as either a Track or Field level 1 official. Anyone who has any further questions, please email:-
