A full South Yorkshire Schools Team of 48 athletes competed across 2 genders and 3 age groups – against the best runners in the country. Each race comprised of over 300 runners. Three of our six teams produced a top-ten finish, and almost half our runners finished in the top 100.
Special mention to our top 10 individual finishers:-
Jessica Thake (2nd Junior Girls); Carlotta Bailey (7th Junior Girls); Edward Rose (8th Junior Boys); Annabelle Sibley (9th Senior GIrls).
Jessica, Carlotta and Edward have been selected to run for England next Saturday in the Home Countries International at Bangor, Wales.
