From M1 at Jnct 36, come down the A61 and the mill is on the left. There is some pay and display car parking in the Mill car park (closes at 9pm) . Note though its £2 for 2 hours and £3 for all day. Do not park on the course but you can park on the steep hill from the pub towards Ward Green. Please do not park at the club. There will be portable toilets in the car park, please do not use the ones in the club. Keep off the main road and assemble in the side street near the club.
We have removed overhanging bushes on the pavement (although in Birdwell we did not really have permission to cut back)
A few things to remember:
• Follow marshals instructions
• Try and stay on the path if possible on the A61 – it can be busy
• Use the portable toilets
• No headphones
• At finish stay in funnel
• Its going to be warm – so stay hydrated
• At finish move away from finish straight – other runners are finishing
• Club colours must be worn
• Bib must be CLEARLY visible on front of shirt
