I have to inform all South Yorkshire athletes that were going to run the South Yorkshire road league, it is now cancelled for this year. I emailed your club yesterday to tell them of this decision. It is hope to try again in 2021.
On another note, I have also cancelled the Barnsley AC Spencer’s dash series. If things change I hope to do a one off race but it could be in August.
Most road races have been cancelled until at least June with some even later.
Please keep safe and follow the government instructions. I know it is hard and boring but it is for the best. I hope to see you all at the other end of this.
