Wednesday 24th May sees the final race in the 2023 road league, to be contested in Ingbirchworth at the invitation of Penistone Footpath Runners. The table below shows the current front runners in each age group, together with the time difference between that particular runner and the next one in the standings. This allows you all to see just how much faster you need to run than the person in front of you to overtake them in the rankings. Some age-groups are more-or-less settled, as the gaps between the front runners are too great, but they still need to turn up for the fourth race to qualify! Some age-grades, however, are still too close to call and will throw up some fantastic tussles on the night in sunny Ingbirchworth. Looking forward to seeing you all there!
