For those who have already competed, please remember to bring both your competitior numbers, and allow plenty of time to get parked and get into the venue. We have been advised that a parking fee will be levied (£5) and ask that you have the correct money ready to pay upon entry. For those visiting for the first time we ask that you get there and get registered before 11:30 if you are competing in the field events that start at 12:00, since 11:30 is the reporting time for those events, to enable them to start promptly at 12:00. Numbers can be collected form the registration desk on the first floor behind the seated areas. If you are not competing at 12;00 we ask that you get there about an hour before your first declared event on the timetable.
We are short of officials to safely & effectively to deliver the field events, and will be asking for at least 4 volunteers to help us make those events happen. If we cannot get enough help it may well mean we have to cancel certain events, and we do not want to be forced to do that. We really appreciate your help in enabling all the scheduled events to happen. Only the atheltes who have declared field events in advance (as requested) will be able to compete. Changing track events from what was declared is not usually a problem.
We hope that all enjoy the third fixture, and remember that this is the final fixture to add points for any particular discipline, still needed to get points scores in the 4 disciplines
