Well. I think everyone deserved better weather than we got today.
If you thought the conditions were hard for runners, they were equally hard for officials. Accurate recording was very difficult at times, so although we were able to award the Championship 1-2-3 in each age group and also for the junior teams, working out the senior Championship team 1-2-3 and final League positions is going to take a bit longer as there are several issues to be resolved.

If you won an individual Championship medal but were not at Penistone Community Centre to pick it up, or have someone pick it up for you will get it through your club. There were a lot uncollected, so contacting people individually is not an option.
Finally, great to see so many turning out to run today in far from pleasant conditions. Without you, there is no League or Champs.
