ROUTE. Roadworks have meant we are having to change things. This year we start from the Car Park near the Heritage Centre on Wentworth Road. We then follow the normal course until we get to the Linthwaite Road turning. We do NOT take this \u2013 instead going down to turn left onto Smithy Bridge Lane. Follow this round to New Road and Wath Road , finishing at the entrance to the canal path near the Heritage Centre<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BIBS. Numbers can be collected from the Market Hotel from 5pm. KEEP THE NUMBER – ITS FOR EACH RACE<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TIMING. Wil be the same as at Parkrun \u2013 so please keep in line after finishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CAR PARKING. There are three car parks available. Please use these. Be courteous and mindful of local residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
REFEREES NOTES. Please follow these rules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Always follow the Marshals direction<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Be very careful on the last section \u2013 it may be getting dark. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Don\u2019t keep crossing the road as there will be cars<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bibs \u2013 MUST BE ON THE VEST AND CLEARLY VISIBLE. If elsewhere you may be disqualified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
NO EARPHONES. Again you could be disqualified<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the end if cooling down \u2013 keep away from those finishing the race <\/p>\n\n\n\n
