Apologies for the technical issues that prevented results being available for track events yesterday. Fixture 1 usually is pretty hectic due to issues with names and numbers, but yesterday was an experience I don’t wish to repeat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thanks to the officials and volunteers for all their help and expertise yesterday. The fact that the event was completed to time is due to them. I understand that whilst I was gazing into another run time error message on a computer screen, the event was in fact progressing and athletes were enjoying competition – which is the main aim of the series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Apologies to those athletes with numbers between 281 and 290: I had inadvertently pasted their event data in, one row out of position on the spreadsheet – which resulted in field event cards with numbers out by 1 for those athletes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have also been made aware of an incident where a collision almost occurred in the u13 girls 200m when another athlete tried to cross the track whilst the race was in progress. Can I ask all athletes to ensure they take care to make sure that does not happen again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please advise of any errors or omissions in the provisional results and I will correct those and submit the file to power of 10 at the end of this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
U13 girls LJ results file now corrected to include pool 3, and sorted to reflect positions correctly. 6th Nov<\/p>\n\n\n\n
U15 girls Long Jump and shot results corrected 9th Nov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
